I think this is the JellyFish way of entering the position if an illegal 
move was made. I have seen this in several .mat files, but I have not 
seen any documentation of the format.

(From the above I would guess a - for each emtpy point Capital letters 
for player 1 and small letters for player 2. A = 1 chequer, 2 = two 
chequers and so on, /0 = a code for who's on turn)
