Albert, I  don't understand  your argument, or  rather, I don't  see any
argument besides you stating what you "believe" to be true to be true.

I don't want to get stuck  on this record groove but the textual ratings
are presently inconsistent with the  estimated FIBS rating.  One of them
has to conform.

Let's just collect some facts instead.

OK, if you give them to me  I can compute your estimated FIBS rating and
we have one data point.
