[Bug-gnubg] Customizable rollout presets

Hi,

I'd like to suggest that users have the ability to set up several custom
rollout profiles, so that he can configure them and switch back and forth
with a single click (on the toolbar maybe, or somewhere easily accessible).
Snowie does this with the "mini-rollout" button on its panel. It's a handy
feature.
