[Bug-gnubg] Time control

Small pb in time control : with tutor mode on, the human player is
debited for the time GNUbg spends analyzing (human player's) cube
decision and chequer play.

Also it happened to me once that the time on the screen wasn't
"ticking" (still at 45:23 during my turn, jumping at 44:15 as
soon as I end my turn, the same for the opponent's clock).
Sorry to post this without enough detail but ...

Totally minor : typo in the "show tctutorial" text (straqtegy).

Final remark : in case anyone will ever develop some GUI for tc,
it would be nice to be able to activate time control fron the "New"
dialog (where you can chose session/Match length, players etc.)
and (possibly) to select the tc type from a list of available ones.

Otherwise this feature is perfecty working, great job !!

MaX.

P.S.
Maybe a bunch of predefined time controls should come "by default"
with GNUbg installation or build ...
