[Bug-gnubg] Anyone working on this?

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone is working on the glitches in GNU's editing mode
that cause checkers to jump around unpredictably, change player sides, etc.
I love GNU, but I have to say that the problems in this area are about the
most infuriating thing I've come across in any software I use. I haven't
been able to identify what patterns cause this loopy behavior but it seems
to happen when I have a position set up and then want to make changes to it.
I click on Edit and proceed to set up the dice, cube, checker positions,
score, player on turn, etc., and for no apparent reason the position will
reset itself or do some kind of shuffling of checkers, requiring me to start
all over. Seems like a little thing, but it has me tearing what little hair
I have left out. :)

Please tell me someone is on top of this.

Thanks,

Dean (Chase)
