Building gnubg on Win32 is not an easy task, mainly because of dll hell. To
save others from pains I'm through I've produced a document [2]. It's a
snapshot of my finetuned, private DLL hell. Maybe it is useful as a kick-off
for a common set of runtime and compile time libraries as well. I'm in no
way claiming it's the best set of DLL, but it's working 100% for me on MSVC.
There are three libs which are not available in a useable form on the web,
you find those at [1].
