[Bug-gnubg] New win install archive/exes (20061119)

*** NEW *** NEW *** NEW ***

>From now on, 2 versions of gnubg will be available for download:

- 0.15-stable : stable, bug-fixes only, recommended for all the users.
- 0.16-devel  : development, very latest code (possibly buggy).

At the moment, this is available for Windows only, but we're trying to
reorganize the download section on gnubg.org to have all this for other
platforms too (linux and maybe Mac).

2 new install archives (code snapshots 20061119 for 0.15-stable and
20061119 for 0.16-devel) are available for download at www.gnubg.org.

NOTE: if you have installed a recent install archive you can just
replace the executables with the ones provided in the archives
mentioned on www.gnubg.org (1.3 Mb zip archive).
