I kind of agree (that's why I removed the selection box in windows -
where you've only really got one choice anyway).  On the other hand
there's very little code to add the different types.

I guess Macs use the quicktime system?  Maybe we can keep the code and
remove the selection box for everyone?  Is there any reason why anyone
would need to change this setting?

I tried using CSound and it just crashed when it tried to create the
sound files...
