Hi Stick,
it certainly looks strange. I assume that you are certain that the
settings are the same in between the different versions/persons.
Versions 0.15, and I believe 0.16, read the .gnubgautorc file from a
different place than 0.90 (mostly because of Vista). So if you switch
versions you have to be careful. In particular you should make sure that
the met is the same.
A minimal example would be helpful; that is, can you send me the
.gnubgautorc file(s), and a .sgf file, together with a description of
which moves to rollout.
