Hi Maurice,

I hope this helps  I think you need to install a readline4 compatibility
package. It is likely called something like compat-readline4 on mandriva.
The package use to exist on Rehat distros, but I'm not a Mandriva user so I
am unsure. You should be able to find an RPM for it somewhere.
