Such tool is quite simple to make, however I would have
defined the order of board points the other way.

With some few files I have derived from GNU Backgammon, I where able
to make such tool in about five minutes.

I'll post the details later, since it's still easy to make it crash,
like putting in a board of more than 15 checkers etc.  OK?
