I was testing No Cache and 21mb cache in this test at 4ply/4ply. Sorry to
not mention that! 

Tonight I was going to run it it with (2^24) cache entries. I *think* this
coincide with the largest cache size you can have on 32 bit windows with a
32 bit build. If someone has a 32 bit windows system and a 64 bit windows
system and running GnuBG I'd be curious to know if this is true
