Howdy everyone,
This is a heads-up. I have finally decided to make threading enabled as
a default when doing ./configure . You still have the option to use
--enable-threads
--disable-threads
I think the threading code has been stable enough on all platforms that
this is likely the more acceptable default.
I have also made the default for extended match IDs to be enabled. You
still have the option to use
--enable-extmatchid
--disable-extmatchid
The extended match id's have been in the windows builds for weeks and I
have not seen any problems for this not to be the default.
Please remember to run ./autogen.sh to regenerate the autoconf files to
take advantage of these changes.
