In step 5, I assume you meant control instead of shift. I can actually
reproduce this with. It *doesn't* happen if the near side player is on
roll (skip step 4).
If I change the player on roll and generate this ID:
OJ9BAFpsN8SAUA:EQHgAEAAIAAE, and attempt to paste it back in edit mode
the same thing occurs.
Same behavior in 2D and 3D mode. I would classify this bug as "confirmed".
