Not sure if this is when it's the computer's move or your move (or both).  Whichever way there really is no time wasted here, the dice being rolled just signals whose turn it is.  There is much more room for confusion if sometimes the dice are rolled and sometimes not depending on if the cube is live.  I know in live play the dice aren't rolled when there isn't a valid move but this can cause confusion when the cube is live as well.

I think the user is referring to how it appears in the GUI, and that is
how I interpreted it. GNUbg will still record the roll in the move list.
