I'm curious about something. I never installed MacOS Sierra (10.12) but
there were many reports about how the 1.04 installer didn't run on Sierra.

I'm wondering. Are you running gnubg-1_04_000-mac-1010-x86_64.dmg on
High Sierra or were you running it on an earlier MacOS like 10.10.x?
