Hello Roger,
I'm sorry. The cause was my environment.
The reason for the problem of "make check" is
that I was adding "-mms-bitfields" to "CFLAGS".
Therefore, the change to "char" is unnecessary.
The problem of "NIST Test Suite" was solved by changing
"binutils" and "gcc" to a current version. Thank you.
