unjustified) warnings when using "gcc -traditional".

So what? gnulib assumes ANSI C. RMS discouraged me from using
"gcc -traditional" already in 1994 or so.

I vote for keeping the gnulib's copy md5.c mostly identical to the one
in glibc.
