Gnulib is a not a package: we don't intend to make releases. It's merely
a community place, consisting of a CVS repository and a mailing list,
where we share common infrastructure in GNU.
The code is logically subdivided into modules, and each module has its
own maintainer(s).
It's up to you to judge whether, under these conditions, Gnulib ought to
be mentioned in the list of GNU packages.
