[Bug-gnulib] 4-gary-version-etc-full-author-string.patch

[Gary V. Vaughan]

M4 has two authors, passing "Rene' Seindal and Gary V. Vaughan" (even 
translated) and pasting into "Written by %s.\n" (translated) may be different 
to the translation of "Written by Rene' Seindal and Gary V. Vaughan.\n".

The attached gives the translator enough context to make a good translation of 
the whole sentence.
