Yes, please, a patch or cvs diff -c3 is welcome.

Removing the parenthesized section is correct, since you are not making
a gettext release. Also, since I will assign the serial number 2 to the
master copy intmax.m4, could you please use a different serial number
for your modifications instead (101 or 1a or something like that), next
time? The serial number serves the purpose of distinguishing modified
copies and branches that are floating around.

For this time, it doesn't matter, I'll use serial 3 to skip over the
serial 2 that you assigned.
