Here are some fixes for gnulib-tool:
Use aclocal instead of aclocal-1.7 and
automake instead of automake-1.7.
Don't build files in BUILT_SOURCES (otherwise you would
get a warning saying
make: *** No rule to make target `$(ALLOCA_H)'. Stop.)
