regex.{c,h} seem to older than lib/regex.{c,h} though. The regex files in
the root dir were last changed almost a year ago... Also, regex.{c,h} in
emacs (http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/emacs/emacs/src/) doesn't
match the ones in the gnulib CVS root dir. The emacs ones are newer.
