It seems integrating getndelim2 into glibc would solve my license
issue as well, since that would mean relicensing it under LGPL.  So
I'll attempt this.  Who are the authors of getndelim2?  According to
ChangeLog, it would be Bruno Haible, Derek Price, Paul Eggert, and Jim
Meyering.  Is that list complete?  Is relicensing it as lgpl OK, so it
can be added to glibc?

Naturally, it would be up to the glibc maintainers to accept this,
though.  Which applications need getndelim2?  If it is several GNU
packages, that might convince them.
