I've just done this:

        * linebreak.c: Remove trailing blanks.
        * alloca_.h: Likewise.
        * acosl.c: Likewise.
        * euidaccess.c: Likewise.
        * allocsa.h: Likewise.

This may seem nit-picky to the uninitiated.  But I've seen enough spurious
merge conflicts and rejected diff `hunks' due to trailing blanks in one
file and none in another that I find it's well worth a little of my
time to remove them proactively.

I also removed blank lines at end of file in several modules/* files.
