[bug-gnulib] help (not bug report)

Hi,
probably I'm writing to the wrong address, but it was the only one I've
been able to find on gnulib page.

I've a question: recently I decided to port to cygwin a set of programs
I wrote under Linux. The compiler under cygwin complains about lacking
"printf.h". The problem is the function parse_printf_format, which seems
undefined in cygwin API. Is there a replacement for this function in
gnulib? If not, can I hope to see it implemented in near future? (In the
last case, I'm ready to help as far as I can: my programming skill being
far from exceptional!)
