Oh, I thought gnulib should be FSF owned.  Is the following license OK
as well?  It is from the getaddrinfo.c in glibc.  If it is, perhaps we
can adapt gnulib's getaddrinfo from glibc, instead of rewriting it.

OTOH, since I haven't even been able to find a system that lack
getaddrinfo to test my initial implementation on, this is not a
priority for me.  But in case someone wants a complete getaddrinfo
implementation, using the glibc copy might be a better way...

FWIW, perhaps it would be useful to gnulibify the asynchronous
getaddrinfo stuff from glibc.  There is a shortage of asynchronous DNS
interfaces...
