[bug-gnulib] Missing space after shebang

The following script files in the gnulib library have `#!/...' instead
of `#! /...' in the first line.  According to the autoconf info files
this might cause problems on some old platforms.  Today this is
probably no longer important, but I think it is a good idea to make
all shebangs in the various scripts look similar.
