For the user who wants to do small developments, such as tweaks in a
Makefile or config.h, and who happens to use emacs or vi, this is still
a nuisance. (Lucky are the users of 'kate' and 'nedit' :-) )
I mean, if I want to edit a file, I get angry if the file wants to forbid me
to edit it.
