fix --create-megatestdir

Hi,

Since the move to git, "gnulib-tool --create-megatestdir ..." gives this
error message:

gllib/Makefile.am: installing `build-aux/depcomp'
executing aclocal -I ../glm4
executing autoconf
executing autoheader
executing automake --add-missing --copy
ls: cannot access <gnulib-dir>/./CVS/Entries: No such file or directory
executing aclocal
executing mkdir build-aux
executing autoconf
executing automake --add-missing --copy

This fixes it.
