What will it do with "http://example.com/this%2Fthat/theother/" ?
...Hopefully not "http://example.com/this%252Fthat/theother/", nor
"http:%25%25example.com%25this%252Fthat%25theother%25". What about
"this/that" or "%", or "89% of the links found were
<http://foo/this%2Fthat>"?
