Thanks for the report.  Please keep replies on bug-gnulib and drop
autoconf, as this is a porting problem in gnulib's stdio replacement files.

To make fixing this easier, we need to know what FILE* looks like on your
platform, and how to identify your platform when looking inside the
(otherwise opaque) type.
