Thank you. This defines __KLIBC__ and __INNOTEK_LIBC__ as unique indicators,
but also __EMX__. Since the stdio part of this mixed-up libc is the same as
the one from emx, we can leave the conditional for __EMX__ as it is.

The m4 snapshot that Eric made for you should be usable on your system.
