Are you sure that the failed test was u:/test-fflush, and not in some
subdirectory?  You may also try adding the .exe suffix, to see if that
helps gdb find it.

A bit old (gdb is now at 6.8), but should do the job.

gdb is the debugger which will help you (and us) identify the issues that
are making porting to your platform difficult.  It is a tool that every
developer should learn, but which ordinary users shouldn't have to worry
about once the porting bugs have been solved.
