missing definition of GL_LINK_WARNING

GL_LINK_WARNING is used in arpa_inet.in.h and inet.in.h. So it needs the
appropriate autoconf/makefile infrastructure. I'm applying this:

2008-09-27  Bruno Haible  <address@hidden>

        * lib/arpa_inet.in.h: Include the GL_LINK_WARNING anchor.
        * modules/arpa_inet (Depends-on): Add link-warning.
        (Makefile.am): Insert the definition of GL_LINK-WARNING.
        * modules/unistd (Makefile.am): Likewise.
