This has happened multiple times in the past, and emacs can auto-correct
it. It does go against GNU Coding Standards (which are pretty strict
about the ChangeLog format), but I see no point worrying about it: it will
probably get normalized at some point in the future alongside some other
commit, and it certainly does not cause any compilation errors. In other
words, fixing it isn't worth a commit of its own, and it is not worth
enforcing a policy of forbidding commits that re-introduce similar
whitespacing issues.
