Aargh.  I missed that.  I didn't see any use of inline in fdutimensat.c,
and saw that the utimens module didn't need inline, but forgot that
utimens.h has conditional inclusion.  But yes, it is sufficient to use the
lighter-weight AC_C_INLINE, rather than the full-blown 'inline' module.
Thanks for catching that.
