Re: sigprocmask.c appears to be incompatible w/ system headers

Hi Paul,

Output of the commands are attached, as is sigprocmask.c, in case it 
might be of assistance. HAVE_SIGSET_T is converted to '1', and make 
treats it as '1' as well.
