        Remove leftover generated .h files after config.status changed.

        * m4/alloca.m4 (gl_FUNC_ALLOCA): New automake conditional
        GL_GENERATE_ALLOCA_H.
        * modules/alloca-opt (Makefile.am): Remove alloca.h if
        GL_GENERATE_ALLOCA_H evaluates to false.
