Thanks. I like the idea of supporting these formats, and know of
no better implementation. But we'd need to change
parse-datetime.texi too.
Have you signed papers for gnulib and/or some GNU project
that uses this code? If so, could you prepare a full patch?
If not, could you please get the paperwork done?
