This autoupdate patch:

copied an old version of glibc/time/mktime.c to
gnulib/lib/mktime.c. I just now reverted that change,
to restore the latest version.
Karl, are you mirroring glibc master? Here's how to get its
latest version set up:
git clone git://sourceware.org/git/glibc.git
