[PATCH] manywarnings: remove duplicate -Wmultichar entry

From: Paul Eggert
Subject: [PATCH] manywarnings: remove duplicate -Wmultichar entry
Date: Sun, 27 May 2012 16:35:18 -0700
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:12.0) Gecko/20120430 Thunderbird/12.0.1

I noticed that Emacs's configure script was checking for
-Wmultichar twice and tracked it down to a gnulib inefficiency,
fixed as follows.
