Hi Akim,

You've hit the nail on the head.
Making this new module and all of its dependents xalloc/error-free
would be a lot of work, and should not be required merely to factor
it out so that we avoid the duplication between coreutils and bison.

For now, leaving it GPL seems perfectly fine.
