Libvirt would like to use the 'ldexp' module for its $(LDEXP_LIBM)
makefile variable, but right now the module is currently LGPLv3+ while
libvirt requires LGPLv2+. Libvirt does not need the more extensive
'ldexp-ieee' module, so that can remain LGPLv3+.
Since the 'ldexp' module currently includes only the file m4/ldexp.m4
with an all-permissive license, and has no dependencies, are there any
objections to relaxing the module license?
