Hi,
I'm sure this has been asked before in some form already, but I'd
thought I'd ask anyway.
I'm interested in embedded development, and I was wondering: Would it be
possible to create a portable library (like glibc) out of gnulib? How
much is missing from gnulib which prevents it from becoming a standalone
library? (maybe using newlib as a base if some calls are missing.)
It would be nice to have a development environment that works across
multiple systems, Cygwin and (I believe) MinGW toolchains are designed
for x86 only.
Josh
