I've updated the findutils git tree to current head, so that should
pass.   Opinions on precisely what gnulib commit to use for an updated
findutils stable release are invited :)

But this test failed on a stable findutils release, which is a
concern.  Looking quickly at the test it seems that the problem is
that I had no Chinese locale installed (now fixed).   Hence this test
self-disabled instead of running for "make distcheck".   That's a
missed opportunity.

Is there any way to tell the gnulib test suite to fail if any locale
required for a test is not available?  I understand this wouldn't be
an attractive default, but I'd much rather have a clear test failure
than a bad release (again).
