I'd like a slightly stronger option, somehow.   Obviously there are
tests which are Windows-only, which I therefore can't run.   But if I
can get better test coverage by just installing something or adding a
locale, I'd prefer to be prompted to do that.

Running "make distcheck" produces about 5000 lines of output (a mix of
output from findutils' tests and the gnulib tests in the modules used
by findutils) .  There is no way I will notice a warning message
(once, let alone every time).
