This is not necessary, as it's already included in tests/test-getopt-main.h,
before test-getopt.h gets included.

getopt-posix tests: Remove redundant include.
* tests/test-getopt.h: Don't include "macros.h". It's already included
by tests/test-getopt-main.h.
