[bug-GNUnet] can't open the module (win+mingw/msys myself build)

hi
I building  gnunet-0.7.0c for itself but get an error:

attempt to replace this library standard
libgnunettransport_udp.dll(expandable by you in the collected package)
also  completed  a crash. Why ???
