Hi John,

Your installation is in a weird state. It looks like you try to install
the 0.7.0e Ubuntu package and GNUnet tries to use UPnP which is only
supported in the 0.7.1c binaries. It seems to me that there is a
previous installation of the 0.7.1c source of GNUnet which isn't cleaned
and conflict with the installation of the Ubuntu binary package.

You could try to:
1/ clean every trace of GNUnet by invoking:
 "sudo aptitude purge gnunet"
 and
"sudo make uninstall" in the source directory if available.
2/ install the Ubuntu package by doing:
 "sudo aptitude install gnunet"

If you want the latest version of gnunet, you could try the latest
Debian packages from http://packages.debian.org/unstable/net/gnunet and
install them manually using dpkg.

Arnaud
